  • Most personal training focuses on intensity and aesthetics. Our approach is Corrective. We focus on biomechanics and joint stability first. We don’t just give you a workout; we build a foundation of functional strength that supports your body’s unique needs, especially for women 40+ navigating hormonal changes.

  • Safety is the core of the Resilient Path. Because I am trained in both Somatic Yoga and Corrective Exercise, every movement is chosen based on your specific assessment. We work with your body’s current capacity to ensure you are building strength without the "no pain, no gain" mentality that leads to injury.

  • Not at all. Many of my clients are transitioning out of physical therapy or chronic pain cycles. We meet you exactly where you are. Whether you are recovering from an injury or dealing with menopause-related joint stiffness, we start with the basics to ensure your body is stable before we add intensity.

  • Consistency is key to building Resilience. Most clients see the best results with 2-3 sessions per week. This pace allows your nervous system to integrate new movement patterns while giving your muscles time to adapt and get stronger.
